Ladybird Sideshow at C’est What

Thursday, March 18th the ‘birds make an appearance at Toronto’s C’est What/Nia (Church and Front) in support of headliner and amazing songwriter Brian MacMillan. If you have not had a chance to catch the Ladybird Sideshow in the last few months now is your chance to hear some of the truly excellent new material that they’ve been working up. The ‘birds will likely be on stage around 10:00pm, so come early and ready to have some fun!

If you can't make tomorrow night’s performance, please join the Erin Smith Band with a special (and rare) solo opening set from Janine Stoll on Friday, March 26th. Erin will have some special guests with her for a huge funk throw down which is ALWAYS an awesome time to boogie. You might even catch some of the ‘birds thrown into the mix. It’s also around the time of Janine’s 25th birthday, so be sure to show up and help her celebrate.

The ‘birds make cameos in Melissa’s new music video

On Monday, March 15th Melissa McClelland shot the video for her second single “Jaded”. All of the Ladybirds and some other special guests were out to support and make appearances in the video. Melissa was a true pro and even managed to somehow end up on all fours. The video will likely be released sometime in April to accompany the official release of Melissa’s new record Stranded in Suburbia.
